01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and kkcuci ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of use of the kkcuci.vu website, mobile app, and all services provided by us.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the kkcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age 18 years of age and above or the minimum gambling age set in your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Possesses full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or corporate entity when registering or playing.
• Online gambling activity is not specifically prohibited by the laws or regulations applicable to you.
• Not an employee, contractor, family member, or close associate of any kkcuci employee or software provider partnering with kkcuci.

03Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at kkcuci. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your actual date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times via your account panel.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, kkcuci requires identity verification before processing the first withdrawal. Required documents include a clear copy of your MyKad or passport, a selfie holding your identification document, and proof of current address (if required). The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

04Deposit & Payment

Kkcuci accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Third-party deposits — including credit cards or bank accounts not registered under the member's name — are not accepted and will be returned.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed instantly under normal conditions.
• Kkcuci does not charge any fees for deposit processing; however, third-party banking fees may apply.
• All deposits must be used for gaming purposes only and may not be used solely for currency exchange.

05Fund Withdrawal

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided the following minimum conditions are met: KYC verification is complete, no outstanding bonus rollover requirements remain, and the account is active and not suspended.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered under the member's name. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The average processing time is five (5) minutes after approval by the finance team.

Withdrawal Review

Kkcuci reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. In such cases, processing may take up to 48 business hours. The member will be notified via their registered email if additional checks are required.

06Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by kkcuci are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Rollover requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum bet limits while a bonus is active are clearly stated in each promotional offer.

• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Kkcuci reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonuses are awarded for gaming purposes only and cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash.
• If a member makes a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirements, the associated bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

07Game Rules

All games in the kkcuci Game Lobby use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third party. The results of all games are final and cannot be appealed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, kkcuci will endeavour to restore the session to the last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, affected bets will be credited back to the member's account balance. kkcuci is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection interruptions on the member's end.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Owning or using more than one account
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts in games
• Systematic manipulation of the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Collusion between players in games involving wagering among members
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform
• Providing false personal information or falsifying KYC documents
• Use of the platform for money laundering purposes
• Registering using another person's identity

09Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the kkcuci customer support team. Before closing, ensure all remaining balance has been withdrawn, as any balance left after account closure may not be recoverable.

Kkcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension due to investigation, funds in the account will be held until the investigation is concluded.

Self-Exclusion

Members who feel they need to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming may activate the self-exclusion option via the account panel or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to lifetime. During an active self-exclusion period, access to the account will be fully restricted.

10Privacy & Data Protection

Kkcuci is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members. The information you provide is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the Privacy Policy. Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share members' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. In certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose information to regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies in accordance with our legal obligations.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kkcuci will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, business interruption, or data loss.

The kkcuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability, we do not guarantee the platform will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via notices on the platform.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkcuci is licensed. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations are unsuccessful within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules established in the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
